During this period, all clients that contract Haze Real Estate's property management services for a property that isn't already managed with us will go in the draw to win 1 of the 10 available tickets.

Eligibility

• In order to be eligible for entry into the draw, you must sign a management authority agreement with Haze Real Estate for a rental property in Northland with a minimum term of 3-months.

• The property must not already be managed by Haze Real Estate.

Entry Limit

• A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted.

• This promotion is only available while tickets last.

Non-transferrable

• Should you win 1 of the 10 available tickets, the ticket is not transferrable to anyone other than the individual named on the ticket.

Force Majeure

• In no event shall Haze Real Estate be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Haze Real Estate shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices to resume performance as soon as practicable, if practicable, given the circumstances.
