Full Service Sole Agency
We do it all for you
3.9% on the first $400,000 of the sale price + GST
plus 2.5% on the remainder of the sale price + GST
Full Service marketing package is included at no extra cost
$900 + GST Compliance Cost Recovery Fee upfront and subtracted from final professional fee and only the balance is owed on sale.
Minimum professional fee is $5,000 + GST payable when your property sells.
Available with Sole Agency Agreements only.
Fees paid upfront are non-refundable if the listing
is withdrawn or if the agreement is cancelled.

Educational Sole Agency Package

Minimum of $5,000 + GST payable upfront, which includes Compliance Cost Recovery Fee. The $5,000 + GST paid upfront is subtracted from the final professional fee and only the balance is owed on sale.

Residential and Lifestyle General Agency
General agency agreements create competition among salespeople, not buyers and is not the most effective way to achieve the best outcome for you, the seller. If however you insist on a general agency, we do offer this service. The professional fees on general agency agreements are charged at 4.0% on the first $400,000 and 2.5% on the remainder of the sale price with a minimum professional fee of $5,000.
A $1,500 upfront compliance recovery fee applies to general agency agreements. We provide a general agency marketing package at no cost to the vendor. Please note all figures exclude GST. Upfront payment is non-refundable if the listing is cancelled or withdrawn but is subtracted from the full professional fee payable on sale.
