We provide a variety of flexible options, including a traditional model, allowing clients to select the package that best suits their needs. Each package is priced based on the level of service offered.

 

We believe that the "one size fits all" approach to real estate sales is outdated and too limited.

Educational
Sole Agency Package

We do all the tricky bits and you do the rest

1% on the whole sale price + GST

The Educational marketing package is included at no extra cost.

 

Minimum of $5,000 + GST is payable upfront, which includes Compliance Cost Recovery Fee.

​Minimum professional fee is $5,000 + GST payable when your property sells.  Available only with Sole Agency Agreements.

 

Please note that upfront fees are non-refundable if the listing

is withdrawn or if the agreement cancelled.

  • Property Appraisal

  • Sell it Yourself eBook

  • Protection by working with a qualified Real Estate Salesperson to ensure compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act

  • One hour consultation with a Property Consultant regarding disclosure and other legal obligations​​

  • Legally required Anti Money Laundering compliance checks

  • Do it Yourself Marketing Package​​

  • Marketing Plan​

  • Standard Sign (installed by you​)

  • Property Title and Local Council Property File in electronic format

  • Negotiations with prospective buyers

  • Regular vendor guidance via phone, email and/or video communication

Sole Agency Package

We handle everything for you!

3.9% on the first $400,000 of the sale price + GST

plus 2.5% on the remainder of the sale price + GST

The Full Service marketing package is included at no additional cost.

 

$900 + GST Compliance Cost Recovery Fee is payable upfront.

Residential and Lifestyle General Agency 

General agency agreements create competition among salespeople, not buyers and is not the most effective way to achieve the best outcome for you, the seller.  If however you insist on a general agency, we do offer this service.  The professional fees on general agency agreements are charged at 4.0% on the first $400,000 and 2.5% on the remainder of the sale price with a minimum professional fee of $5,000.

 

A $1,500 upfront compliance recovery fee applies to general agency agreements.  We provide a general agency marketing package at no cost to the vendor.  Please note all figures exclude GST.  Upfront payment is non-refundable if the listing is cancelled or withdrawn.
