$5,000 + GST upfront fee which includes the Compliance Cost Recovery Fee and
is subtracted from the full professional fee and only the balance is owed on sale.
Minimum professional fee is $5000 + GST payable when your property sells.
Available with Sole Agency Agreements only.
Fees paid upfront are non-refundable if the listing is withdrawn or the agreement is cancelled.
